the location is great, close to the ancient town, maybe an 8-10 minute walk. breakfast was fantastic. i loved that there are water filters on every floor it was so hot so i could fill my drink bottle for free.
i couldn't use the big pool because of previous flooding damage, there was quite a lot of damage to the hotel. it did not affect my enjoyment. i also noticed that the hotel is quite dated.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast included a variety of foods , most of them were good. the location is great , near everything i wanted to visit.
the walls were thin , i could hear noise from other rooms. some of the furniture seemed old , there were some detached floor tiles in the hallway.

the staff was very helpful. they always greeted me with a smile and assisted with my requests quickly.
The air conditioning in my grand beautiful double pool & river view room was quite weak. It struggled to cool the room, especially during the day. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The options seemed repetitive each morning, and some items were not fresh. we loved the pool, but the view was boring!

the staff was helpful. they arranged for two rooms to be combined for our group. complimentary cycle hire allowed us to explore the area.
the big pool was unavailable for use because of previous flooding damage. the hotel sustained quite a bit of damage. this did not fully detract from the enjoyment of my stay.
